Highlights

This release makes it faster to renew policies and adds two-way email sync, so your client conversations stay in one place.

New features

Bulk policy renewals

You can now renew up to 200 policies at once.

  1. Go to Policies > Renewals.
  2. Select the policies you want to renew.
  3. Select Renew selected and review the summary.

Each client receives their renewal documents by email, and the activity is logged on their profile.

Two-way email sync for Outlook

Emails you send and receive in Outlook now appear on the matching client's timeline automatically. To turn it on, go to Settings > Integrations > Outlook and select Connect.

Improvements

  • Faster search – client search results now load up to 3× faster for agencies with more than 50,000 records.
  • Clearer commission reports – reports now show carrier name and policy type in separate columns, making them easier to filter in Excel.
  • Mobile app – you can now upload documents from your phone's camera directly to a client profile.

Fixed issues

  • Fixed an issue where renewal reminders were sent twice to some clients.
  • Fixed incorrect time zones on scheduled tasks for agencies outside the US.
  • Fixed a display issue where long carrier names were cut off on the policy summary page.
